Shipping policy

We guarantee that: 

  • Customers will receive tracking information once orders are fulfilled.
  • Customers will receive up to date information regarding their orders. (Delays, issues, etc.)
  • If items are not received after 7 business days, they are entitled to reach out for potential review of a refund or store credit/coupon.  
  • Pre-orders will ship once inventory is in stock. Stock listed are the amount of pre-orders ordered for this store. Things may come back in stock later on. But all things that are not sold during pre-order will be unlisted as pre-order and will list on the regular list from then on.

 Be aware this shop currently does not sell outside of the US at the moment but will eventually in the future.
